4. Content Creation and Uploads

4.1 User-Generated Content

Users may create and upload content, including job postings and user profiles. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Site.

4.2 Content Responsibilities
