• Location: Based in Calgary, with travel to various locations in Alberta (work locations depend on hailstorm events; may include clients’ lots and pop-up shops throughout Alberta).
• Start Date: Spring 2024 (Actual start date dependent on hailstorm occurrences).
• Wage: $38.00 per hour + 40% Commissions per Piece + Performance and Retention Bonuses (as per company policy).
• Hours: Full-Time, 40 to 60 hours per week, weather-dependent; may include day, morning, weekends, and overtime.
• Terms of Contract: Short-Term/Seasonal Contract (up to 120 days, depending on the severity of hailstorms).

Key Duties

• Review damage reports and estimates of repair costs; plan work to be performed.
• Perform Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) using massaging procedures to smooth metal dents from inside vehicles.
• Clean and maintain the workspace.
